Recycling Bins and Lids Recycling Bins (50 l) This line of bins was specially developed for the Hammerlit waste management system. This system encompasses in-house transport and waste sorting. The bins are easily cleanable in any facility. Features: • 2 sturdy integrated handles • 2 additional integrated handles at the bottom of the bin to facilitate emptying. • Integrated molds to accommodate our slide system (see page 71). • Drainage holes on edges and handles • Stackable, both with and without lids • Material: polypropylene Lids We recommend that all bins should have lids. The Hammerlit lid is made of shock-resistant antistatic polymer (ABS). The integrated handle is easy to clean and allows ergonomic handling. Lids are available in the following two versions: 1. Lids with integrated hook (D60-D68) 2. Lids with integrated hinge (DT60-DT68) The inside of the lid is equipped with a hook to allow the lid to be hanged on the bin when opened (see picture). This Hammerlit lid version is equipped with an integrated on-piece molded hinge. This eliminates spaces in which dirt can accummulate. Unlike other similar lids in the industry, the Hammerlit lids are equipped with an overload security device, which prevents the hinge from breaking under stress. Hinged Lid For optimum hygiene, we recommend the bins to be used with our transparent plastic bags (see page 74), if the bins are not washed during each cycle. 68

Bin Carrier haliroll, STAINLESS STEEL With the haliroll bin carrier the Hammerlit recycling bins can be used as independant, mobile collecting units. The carriers can be joined together to make various units.This combination – consisting of bins and haliroll carriers – makes it possible to easily assemble a practical collecting unit. No tools or screws are needed to join the carriers. The construction enables one carrier to simply be hitched to another one.
