Waste Box halipac® Used for collection, transportation, storage and disposal of infectious waste in and outside hospitals. Applicable to Class C-waste in Germany and in accordance with the national directions related to the recognition, prevention from and fight against hospital infections. The special waste box halipac® consists of a very strong cardboard box with a strong, stable plastic liner. It is delivered folded up, together with a clasp for the plastic bag, foldable flaps and handles. halipac® is available in three models with different plastic liners: 1. P 40 Normal polyethylene bag, suitable for incineration (gauge: 0.12 mm) H 2. P 41 Polypropylene bag, temperature-resistant, for disinfection in a vacuum steam sterilizer, in accordance with the disinH fectant list of the BGA, German Health Authority (max. temp. 134° C, gauge: 0.08 mm) drawn in special cardboard (120 g/m2) As economic alternative to halipac® HP 40 and HP 41 we recommend HP 50 with 0.12 mm polyethylene liner inserted in a corrugated cardboard box. Compared to HP 40 and HP 41 halipac® HP 50 doesn‘t reach the same high level of resistance against impact from outside moisture.
