HANDLER YESTERDAY, TODAY AND TOMORROW It was the early 1900’s and the German emigrant owner of a small dental lab in Kearney, New Jersey was making vulcanite dentures and partials. Edward Handler knew there must be a better way to make removable dental appliances. He designed and had cast new styles of denture flasks that were easier to take apart and remove models. He designed a newer style and less expensive flask press.
