The Newaspir™ is a suction device designed for minor post-operative needs or when tracheotomy is open for effective invasive ventilation. It must be used with original aspiration catheters. Despite its compact and lightweight design, it provides high vacuum power to meet patient requirements. The device's bacterial filter minimizes contamination risk between the device and the patient. The one-way auto shut-off valve in the collection canister prevents liquid from entering the device's internal parts. The collection canister is pre-scaled for measuring the collected liquid amount. It includes long silicone tubing, allowing the device to be placed away from the patient's bedside area. Usage is restricted to physicians or qualified personnel.
