Technical Data Lokomat®Nanos Device Version: Device description: The Lokomat is a stationary robotic device featuring an electrically powered, computer-controlled gait orthosis, which in conjunction with a body-weight support system assists in gait training on a treadmill. The Lokomat provides highly intensive and individualized training in a motivational environment of constant feedback. Driven orthosis (gait robot) with electrical drives in knee and hip joints with 4 force transducers with 4 amplifiers. Orthosis is adaptable to subjects with femur lengths (trochanter to knee joint cavity) of 35 - 47 cm (13.8 - 18.5 inch) and pelvic width of 29 - 51 cm (11.4 20.1 inch).
