SASERUZATM Central Venous Catheterization Training Pad 1. Good ultrasound images This pad can be used for practicing ultrasound-guided venipuncture. Veins and arteries in the pad can be seen with ultrasound. 2. Three kinds of blood vessel positions Three veins and three arteries are located in the pad. Since the positions of veins and arteries are different (right figure), you can practice central venous catheterization assuming various situations. 3. Checking blood return You can check blood return when the catheter needle is inserted into vein. It is useful for confirming if you insert the needle accurately.
