Micro10x Robotic Reagent Dispenser TM

Product catalog summary
Overview: The Micro10x is a benchtop reagent dispenser known for its fast filling speeds, high accuracy, and flexibility. It is capable of dispensing volumes as low as 2μL per channel and features a tip-touchoff mechanism to ensure clean dispensing of high surface-tension liquids. The device uses a positive-displacement pump head adjustable in 10nL increments and does not require calibration.
Compatibility and Operation: The Micro10x can be operated manually or integrated with robotic systems like Hudson’s PlateCraneTM and LabLinx for enhanced throughput and setup ease. It is designed to conserve bench space with a compact 7”x10” footprint and offers graphical image row selection for dispensing pattern control.
Specifications:
  • Dispense Volumes: 5μL and up with below 2% CV; 2-5μL with below 5% CV.
  • Electrical: 115/220 VAC, 0.5 Amps.
  • Calibration: Maintains factory calibration for over 50 million cycles.
  • Sterilization: Fully-autoclavable liquid path.
  • Configuration: Available in landscape (12-nozzle) and portrait (8-nozzle) styles.
  • Pump Options: Two pump sizes available (0.25” or 0.375” barrel).
  • Size: 15.8” x 7.0” x 10.1”.
  • Typical Dispense Times: 15 seconds for a 96-well plate at 100μL per well; 24 seconds for a 384-well plate at 25μL per well.
Applications: The Micro10x is suitable for ELISA applications, dispensing conjugate and stop solutions. Its high speed and robot compatibility make it ideal for processing many plates consistently. The self-priming feature ensures clear dispense nozzles during long incubation times.
