Specifications
The SMART BLOCKER HBK-7000 is designed for lens processing with a maximum lens size of 80mm. It supports a Frame PD (FPD) and Pupil Distance (PD) range of 30 to 99.5mm, and a Monocular PD range of 15 to 49.75mm. The Optical Height (OH) can be adjusted between -15mm and +15mm. The device offers two blocking modes: Optical center and Boxing center, with a positional accuracy of 0.5mm and an axis accuracy of -0.5° to +0.5°.

Display and Input
The HBK-7000 features an 8.4-inch TFT LCD with a resolution of 800x600, operated via a touch panel. The display can tilt between 45° and 65° for user convenience.

Interface and Storage
It includes interfaces for a serial edger (2 channels), a frame reader (1 channel), a reserved channel, and a barcode reader. External memory is supported via an SD card slot.

Additional Features
The device is equipped with intuitive graphic icons, a touch screen, a wide high-resolution LCD, auto-balancing lens support, and a lens holder. It also features permanent illumination using an LED lamp.
