Description: The Strep-Tactin® coated microplate is a ready-to-use product designed for various assays such as ligand binding, immunoassays, enzyme assays, and diagnostic assays, particularly under high throughput conditions. It consists of 12 x 8-well strips.

Application Example: For ELISA, apply diluted protein directly and incubate for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Optionally, add 3% BSA for blocking. Follow with washing, incubation with the desired detection agent, and assay development as per the manufacturer's instructions.
