Weigh out fecal sample, mix it with the flotation solution provided and pass it through the provided filters. Degas the sample to remove air, then fill the cassette with the filtered solution. Load the cassette onto the OvaCyte analyzer, and start the scan. The scan, analysis and reporting are fully automated.
