Infusion Mode: The IPS 13 features a double channel infusion mode with a 4.3” resistive touch TFT LCD screen. It is equipped with microcontroller software and a user-friendly interface, ensuring high precision pumping and adjustable flow rates during operation.
Syringes: The device supports two interdependent syringes made from glass, plastic, or steel. It accommodates syringes ranging from a minimum size of Hamilton 0.5 µl (ID:0.103mm) to a maximum size of Monoject 140 ml (ID:38mm).
Flow Rate: The minimum flow rate is 17.89 pl/min for a Hamilton 0.5 µl syringe, and the maximum is 121.51 ml/min for a 140 ml Monoject syringe.
Motor and Control: The system uses a stepper motor with a microcontroller and microstep drive, offering a step resolution of 357 nm/µstep. The step rate ranges from a minimum of 10 sec/µstep to a maximum of 200 µsec/µstep.
Linear Speed and Force: The linear speed rate (pusher travel rate) ranges from 2.14 µm/min to 107.14 µm/min, with a linear force of 20 kg per syringe (each syringe can handle up to 15 kg).
Connectivity and Power: Optional Wi-Fi connectivity is available. The device does not support recipe save-recall. It operates on a 12 VDC 1A power supply, with an included 110-240 VAC adapter.
