The optimised water recirculation system works thanks to an efficient centrifugal water pump and a main heat exchanger (for heating and cooling the load). A special plenum is installed inside the chamber in order to allow a perfect water distribution to the product, ensuring an excellent temperature uniformity. Our standard designs go from a 1.000l up to 32.000l (useful volume), but the dimensions and design can be adjusted according final user needs.
