1. Prior to use, flush the guidewire through the flush port by a syringe with saline. 2. Insert the distal (flexible) end of guide wire into sheath hub, use a straightener to insert "J" tip guide wire, remove the straightener from proximal end and discard. 3. Manipulate the guidewire in the vessel carefully, do not use excessive force to advance the moveable core while the guide wire is in a vessel. 4.
