1. Identify the puncture site and make the site aseptic and anesthesia as clinical required. 2. Take out all components of Introducer Set from packaging with aseptic methods. 3. Use saline to flush all components. After making the side-port extension line with stopcock flushed, turn off the stopcock to prevent blood back when insertion into the vessel. 4. Insert dilator into sheath through hemostasis valve, rotate the dilator to lock with the introducer.
