The NIMOS D6 modular PSA nitrogen generators offer varying nitrogen purity rates from 95% to 99.999%, with corresponding residual oxygen levels ranging from 5% to 10 PPM. The flow rates at standard atmospheric conditions (20°C/1000 mbar/0% RH) vary depending on the purity level, with a maximum flow of 174.4 nm³/h at 95% purity and a minimum of 16.3 nm³/h at 99.999% purity. The feed air requirements include a quality of Class 1-4-1 ISO 8573.1, with specific limits on solid particles, dew point, and oil content. The operating pressure ranges from 6 to 10 bar(g), and the temperature range is +5 to +45°C.
