“CONTINUOUS MOTION” PACKAGING MACHINES – JR MARUANI RDM-MAP Features The RDM - MAP is intended for the packaging of high-speed products in sensitive materials. Like the SD/SDR RDM, it is managed by the SIMOTION * system from SIEMENS *. It is secure thanks to 3 levels of access and is equipped with the Audit trail system for production monitoring. It is made up of two modules fixed on a one-piece frame. The sealing by mold allows a uniform pressure on each welding point of the bags without trace of traction. The reinforced mechanics makes it possible to use materials up to 450mm in width which can be divided into multitracks. Designed for high production, it is designed to receive multiple additional control systems in order to be integrated into a continuous production line.
