“CONTINUOUS MOTION” PACKAGING MACHINES – JR MARUANI EMS Features The EMS is intended for the packaging of high-speed products in various materials. Like the SD/SDR RDM, it is managed by the SIMOTION * system from SIEMENS *. It is secure thanks to 3 levels of access and is equipped with the Audit trail system for production monitoring. With a flexible design, it is made up of independent sealing modules, fixed to a one-piece welded stainless steel frame. The sealing modules are completely independent and can be easily removed to be modified or replaced depending on the production to be carried out. The hyper-reinforced mechanism allows the use of materials up to 450mm in width, which can be divided into multi-tracks. It is offered in several versions of seals, square, rotary, or molded, determined according to the types of materials wishing to be used. It can also be pre-equipped with several additional sealing modules such as double longitudinal sealing, sealing tools for empty bags, etc... Designed for high production, it is designed to receive multiple additional control systems in order to be integrated into a continuous production line.
