Equipped with precise temperature readings, compressed air pressure sensors, sealing time control, linked to a system for memorizing sealing parameters for each type of bag. This machine efficiently seals bags of heat-sealable materials with precision and repeatability. The movement is controlled by the operator until the jaws close. The bars are kept closed for the programmed sealing time. During the cycle, if the automaton detects a non-conformity, a red cylinder and a buzzer are activated so that the operator removes the bag. The operator will be informed, directly by a clear message on the screen, of the fault. He will then have to validate the elimination of the bag deemed defective in order to be able to restart a cycle. It is secure thanks to 3 levels of access and can be equipped with the Audit trail system for production monitoring.
