POUCH SEALING MACHINES – JR MARUANI Features TEMPOSEAL-UTC The TEMPOSEAL-UTC is a sophisticated bag sealing machine with multiple seal validation controls, bag recognition, and automatic management of compliant or non-compliant bags. It is equipped with precise temperature readings, compressed air pressure sensors, sealing time control, associated with a "Recipe" type parameter memorization system, which can be linked to the recognition of the bags to be sealed. This machine makes it possible to effectively seal with precision, repeatability, and monitoring of bags of heat-sealable materials. The movement is controlled by the operator until the complete closing of the jaws, made impossible in the event of bad placement of the bag or inconsistency of the program with the bag in place. Or automatically by the correct position of the coherent bag in the machine. The bar is kept closed during the memorized sealing time. When the cycle is correct (coherence and position of the bag, correct temperature, correct pressure, time elapsed) the bag will be evacuated to the left of the operator and counted as a finished product. In case of anomalies during the sealing cycle (loss of bag position, temperature or pressure alarm activated) the bag will be eliminated by moving to the right of the operator to fall into the reject bin where it will be counted as a defective bag.
