POUCH SEALING MACHINES – JR MARUANI Features TEMPOSEAL The TEMPOSEAL is a robust, efficient and precise sachet sealing machine with controls for temperatures, sealing pressure and sealing time. Equipped with precise temperature regulators, digital pressure sensors, and a sealing time controlled by an electronic timer, this machine can effectively seal bags of various heat-sealable materials with precision and repeatability. The sealing movement is controlled by the operator until the jaws close. The sealing bars are kept closed during the sealing time with temperature and pressure maintenance controls. If a parameter goes out of range during sealing, a red cylinder and a buzzer are activated so that the operator eliminates the bag in progress. A key limits access to the modification of the parameters to authorized persons.
