Very easy to use, it allows narrow packaging close to the product with different shapes. Specifically adapted for small and medium automated productions. It is secure thanks to 3 levels of access and can be equipped with the Audit trail system for production monitoring. Several versions are available: VIVAPAC-MS : 1 lane VIVAPAC-MS 2P: 2 similar lanes, to double hourly production. Or 2 non-similar lanes: 1 lane dedicated to internal bags, and 1 lane dedicated to overwrapping of internal bags (Independent lanes not simultaneous), Very practical because no tool change necessary to go from the internal bag to the double packaging. VIVAPAC-MS-Combi : 1 or 2 channels. They produce an internal sachet and its overwrapping online. Available in 1 or 2 lanes to double production. No return of products between the internal packaging and the external packaging. Particularly suitable for conditioning absorbable sutures.
