On the binding pad is another antibody B, fluorescently labeled with a nanomaterial, which also binds to fSAA. The fSAA in the sample and antibody B form a combination and then chromatography. Under the excitation light, nano-material reflect fluorescence signal, and the strength of the signal is positively correlated with the concentration of fSAA in the sample.
