Pregnancy Associated Glycoproteins(PAG) Test Kit Instruction Product name Pregnancy Associated Glycoproteins Rapid Test Kit (PAG one step test) Packing specifications 10 tests/box Explanation Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) are specific proteins that appear in the peripheral blood of ruminants after pregnancy and play an important role in the pregnancy process. Secreted by the binucleated cells of the embryo. This test card is made of colloidal gold immunochromatographic test (GICA) principle, the sample is added to the sample well and moves along the chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold marker, if there is a certain amount of pregnancy-associated glycoprotein (PAG) in the sample, it will be combined with the colloidal gold marker and the antibody on the detection line to show purplish red, if there is no pregnancy-associated glycoprotein (PAG) in the sample, there will be no color reaction Steps 1. Before using all reagents, they must be restored to room temperature (15~30°C). 2. Place the test card horizontally on the table, use the matching dropper to aspirate the serum/plasma/whole blood sample, and add 1 drop (about 30μl) vertically to the sample hole (S) (the whole blood sample volume needs to be less than 35ul, if it exceeds 35ul, whole blood red blood cells may run out of the test card). 3. Then quickly add two drops of special dilution for bovine early pregnancy to the sample hole. 4. The result will be judged after 10 minutes of placement, and the result will be invalid after more than 15 minutes Test results Product code and materials Product code Disposable droppers Sample dilution Materials required but not provided 1、Timer 2. Blood collection needle 3. Centrifuge 4. Micropipette Storage conditions and expiration date Store the test kit at 2~30°C, with a validity of 24 months (See package for details). Sample collection and preparation 1.Sample:Bovine whole blood/serum/plasma. 2.The samples should be tested immediately after collection; Samples that cannot be tested on the same day should be stored in cold storage, and those longer than 24 hours should be frozen. 3.Whole blood needs to be collected by anticoagulant tube, samples should not be frozen, and they can be stored for 3 days by refrigeration at 2-8°C Postive:The C-line is colored, and the T-line is also colored, regardless of the color of the T-line, it is judged to be positive. Negative:The C line is colored, and the T line is not colored, and it is judged to be negative Invalid:The absence of the C-line, regardless of whether the T-line is colored or not, indicates an incorrect operating procedure or that the test card has failed. In this case, the instructions should be read carefully again and retested with a new test card. Precautions 1.Please follow the operation steps to test, and do not touch the color development area of the detection card during operation. 2.This product is a disposable product, please do not reuse. 3.Do not use tap water, pure water, distilled water and normal saline as negative controls. 4.All samples must be treated as potential sources of infection. 5.Do not mix sample dilution tubes from different batches. 6.It is only used as a reference for rapid diagnosis by veterinarians, and only qualitative test results are provided, and the diagnosis should be confirmed by combining clinical symptoms or other routine testing methods. 7.The test card should be used within 1 hour after removal from the original packaging foil pouch. 8.Place the test card on a flat table for detection and add 3 drops of the mixed liquid vertically. 9.Due to the differences between samples, it is normal for the color and gloss of T and C lines to be uneven. 10.If the ambient temperature is too low in the experiment, the test card will be abnormal, please keep the ambient tempe
