Common Reporting Tool (CRT) G E N E R AT E Y O U R A V S A N D V A L P R O B E R T REPORTS FROM YOUR PC The Common Reporting Tool software is a comprehensive reporting utility that can be loaded on a separate Windows 10 PC and allows you to generate reports from AVS or ValProbe RT Qualification study files in order to document the results of your validation studies. Qualification study files which have been generated on your AVS or ValProbe RT console and saved on the console and/or shared network drive, can be transferred to the CRT PC via the sync out functionality for report generation. The ability to generate reports off-tablet on a separate PC provides added flexibility and efficiency in the use of the AVS and ValProbe RT consoles. All files are encrypted, tamper proof, and can only be read by the CRT software, ensuring the same level of data integrity that you receive in our Validation Console, but in the convenience of your office. The interface mirrors the patented Asset Centric Concept included on Kaye Validation Consoles, making for a seamless transition for all current AVS and ValProbe RT users. A free 30-day trial is available for download on the Kaye website. A base license can then be purchased for any number of PCs at your site that would like to view and manage the reporting data.
