AMBIENT ELECTRICAL: Fluorescent electronic 120-277VAC ballast (>0.9 PF, < 10% THD); see Ordering Information for Ambient electrical options; lamps by others. EXAM DOOR: 18-gauge CRS, inset one-piece seam welded construction. Standard doorframe secured to housing with aircraft cable and six (6) captive flush-mounted Phillips-head stainless steel fasteners. HD option secured to housing with stainless steel hinge and two (2) captive flush-mounted Phillips-head stainless steel fasteners. TL option features tool-free compartment access with spring-clip retention. Exam door sealed to housing with closed-cell silicone gasket. Finish to match housing. Clear tempered glass lens sealed to frame with silicone sealant and secured with lens retention system. EXAM LAMPING: Bi-directional motorized examination lamping system with 0° to 50° rotation and fine position control. Exam lamps remotely operated via wall and handheld control (see below). Standard MR16 or optional high-CRI LED light source provides focused, high-intensity illumination; see Lamp Options (Exam) for details; MR16 lamps by others. 120/277VAC input with internal lowvoltage transformer. Chart light optionally available with manual position adjustment; 20W MR16 or 4.5W LED MR16 included. EXAM CONTROL: Standard low-voltage wall control provides forward/reverse position control and on-off switching of exam lamps. Lamp position control available even when lamps are powered off. Wall control mounts to a two-gang junction box and connects to luminaire via CAT5 wiring (by others). Optional corded hand controller is easily cleanable and features forward/reverse position control of exam lamps. See technical data sheet for more information. LUMINAIRE INSTALLATION: GRID MOUNT: 1" grid installation with wire support hardware included. FLANGE MOUNT: Mounting yokes and hardware included.
