Overview
The KJT70 is an online near-infrared composition meter designed for instant, non-contact process measurement of various chemical components in liquids and solids. It utilizes near-infrared reflectance to measure constituents such as moisture, fat/oil, protein, film thickness, coat weight, and carbon content.

Applications
This device is suitable for use in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, foods, pulp/paper products, and polymers. It can be used both at-line and in laboratory settings, allowing for real-time product and process improvement.

Operation
Once calibrated, the KJT70 measures the absorbance of light reflected off the product stream to determine component values. It features a smart sensor design that operates without a PC/controller, simplifying installation and maintenance. The device can store up to 50 product calibrations and supports remote data output.
