Fascia: Made from 316 grade stainless steel for durability and ease of maintenance. Glazing: Utilizes a single piece of 19mm Pyrosec glass, which is both physically attack-resistant and fire-resistant. Intumescent materials are included for both door lining and glass sealing to ensure fire certification.
The system is available in five configurations to accommodate doors of 44mm or 54mm thickness. Sizes range from 730 x 430mm to 1300 x 250mm for glass, with corresponding fascia sizes.
Pyrolux panels are fully tested and assessed to BSEN-1634 standards, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
The Pyrolux vision panels are designed for high-strength and durability, featuring a robust stainless steel surround and bolt-fixed installation. They are particularly suited for challenging healthcare environments. The panels have 25mm radius corners to reduce self-harm risk and improve aesthetics. The glass is fixed with security fixings to prevent visible fasteners on the patient side, and the fascia is bolt-fixed for easy glass replacement.
Each size configuration has a specific code for ordering, with adjustments for door thickness. For example, size A is coded as P8050 for 44mm doors and P8055 for 54mm doors.
