The Hollow Fiber Membrane Filter is designed for water filtration applications, including industrial water filtration, cleaning water for medical devices, and functional water filtration.
This filter offers a 0.2 μm filtration accuracy and is a disposable in-line type. It provides two types of connection options: G1/2 female screwed and 1/4 tubed connections.

- Material: Polysulphone membrane, ABS casing, Polypropylene housing, Polyurethane potting, EPDM O-ring, and NBR gasket
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 0.4 MPa
- Maximum Differential Pressure: 0.25 MPa
- Operating Temperature Range: 5 to 40°C
The flow rate performance varies based on the connection type and water temperature. For G1/2 screwed connection, the flow rate is depicted in a graph showing dynamic water pressure against flow rate.
For the 1/4 tubed connection, the filtration performance for muddy water is approximately 2,200 liters, tested with China clay turbidity at 20±3°C.

- G1/2 Screwed Connection Type: KW6F1-G4
The G1/2 type can be connected in series due to its male and female screw inlets/outlets. It is possible to fill the filter with activated carbon or change the filter media/material according to customer requests. For more details, contact the sales representative.
