Three removable crosswise affixed glass fibre stiffeners prevents the painful and dangerous compression of the chest, hips and legs while offering the same comfort as a rigid basket stretcher. Protected spine ! One removable lengthwise affixed stiffener protects the spine when the stretcher is pulled over an edge or rough ground.
