General Characteristics:
The W180CCI.IR CO2 incubator features a robust structure made from electrolytically galvanized sheet steel with an epoxy powder coating. The internal chamber is crafted from smooth AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges to prevent contamination. It includes a glass internal door with silicone rubber sealing and a unique KW system for controlled heating and ventilation to eliminate condensation and ensure quick temperature recovery.

CO2 Regulation:
The incubator uses an NDIR infrared beam sensor for CO2 regulation, with a thermostatted measurement cell at 45°C. It offers a regulation range of 0.0 to 10.0% CO2, with precision better than 1% of the maximum value. The system includes programmable alarm thresholds and a zero drift sensor cleared every 24 hours by an automatic calibration system.

Temperature Regulation:
Temperature is regulated using an RTD Pt 100 sensor with optimized PID control. The regulation range is from +5.0°C above ambient to +45.0°C, with precision better than 0.1°C. The system includes programmable alarm thresholds and optional RS485 or RS232 serial output for signal transfer.

Accessories and Options:
Optional accessories include tubular floor support, CO2 pressure regulator, additional RTD Pt 100 Ohm probes, and electronic strip-chart temperature recorder. Installation and operational qualifications can be performed, and ISO calibration certification services are available.
