The unique LEEC cooling system controls refrigerant flow to the evaporator, thereby eliminating the possibility of unwanted overcooling. Heating is pulsed only as required. Pulsing is a very energy-efficient method of achieving stable temperature control and eliminates the need for autodefrosting except at the lowest of operating temperatures. Note LEEC also manufacture a range of Separate Self-contained Refrigeration Units to use with LEEC Precision Incubators.
