Overview
The Fluid Bed Processor Type LFP Mini is a versatile machine designed for product and process development, offering a wide range of applications in a single unit. It is a turnkey system with integrated inlet and exhaust air systems, suitable for drying, granulating, agglomerating, and coating processes using top spray, bottom spray, and Wurster systems.

Specifications
The LFP Mini is available in different sizes with varying working volumes and batch capacities:

• LFP Mini 1: 2 liters, 0.1 - 1 kg
• LFP Mini 2: 4 liters, 0.2 - 2 kg
• LFP 8: 16 liters, 0.3 - 8 kg

Standard equipment includes stainless steel construction, a spray system for top spray, a touch screen control panel, and exchangeable Conidur® bottoms.

Mode of Operation
The processor uses heated inlet air to fluidize the product in the vessel. Integrated filter bags or plates retain product particles, which are returned to the process after cleaning. Liquids can be sprayed onto or into the product bed using a multicomponent nozzle.
