Goods travel at the purchaser's risk from Loran srl's factory in Pieve di Soligo, Italy. Transport claims must be made directly to the carrier upon delivery. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 8 days of receipt by registered letter. Payments cannot be suspended due to defects. Returns require written authorization and are subject to a 15% charge for general expenses. Loran products have a two-year warranty, void if damaged or tampered with by the user. Goods remain the seller's property until fully paid. Disputes are under the jurisdiction of the court of Treviso, Italy.
