No cross-reactivity with IgG or IgM from Armenian hamster or with IgG from cow, sheep, goat, horse, pig, dog, cat, ferret, guinea pig, rabbit, rat, mouse, macaques, or human. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in sterile filtered (0.2 μm) PBS with 0.02% sodium azide. Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography. Biotinylated through reaction with a N-hydroxysuccinimide ester of biotin. Store product at 4-8°C or frozen at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing/thawing. The expiry date indicates how long unopened products, stored according to instructions, are recommended for use. For quantification of Syrian hamster IgG in solution e.g. serum/plasma in ELISA.
