Monoclonal Antibody to Mouse IgG2a PF647P CONJUGATED Product code: Bacterial antigen Bacterial protein Ready-to-use solution of conjugated antibody in sterile filtered (0.2μm) PBS with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography. The 97B4 antibody has been conjugated to PF647P. Store product at 4-8°C or frozen at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing/thawing. Isotype control in flow cytometry. 5 μl is recommended for staining of 1 million cells in a total volume of 50 μl. PF647P is excited by the red laser (633 nm). The excitation max is 654 nm and the emission max is 672 nm. Profile of equine lymphocytes stained with mouse IgG2a isotype control antibody 97B4 (dashed line) and anti-equine IFN-γ antibody (solid line; 3117-72-100T). Cells were fixed and permeabilized prior to staining. The histogram derives from gated events of typical lymphocyte characteristics in forward and side light scatter.
