MA 1 Super-Lightweight Hearing Screener Small and Handy With its super-lightweight design the MA 1 is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. MA 1 is our lightest and most handy air conduction hearing screener. Frequencies and intensities can be presented by one hand operation. • Handheld air-conduction screener • Easy one hand operation • Exceptionally lightweight • Test frequencies: 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz • Pure tone signal from 15 dB HL to 50 dB HL • Battery operated (2 AA batteries) • Automatic power off • AC headset DD45 • Optional AC noise-enclosure headset DD65 v2 Ideal for Fast Screening Purposes The device is capable delivering a pure tone signal to one ear at a time. The stimulus range is 15 to 50 dB HL in level steps of 5 dB. Test Frequencies range from 500 to 4000 Hz. The unit is equipped with the AC headset DD45. If the MA 1 is used in noisy environment, we recommend to choose the optional AC noise-enclosure headset DD65 v2. Extended Battery Life The MA 1 is powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries. The unit turns off automatically when inactive and turns on again when pressing any of the 7 buttons.
