Competent, Consistent, & Compliant Ergonomic Transport System Ergonomically Design Cart & Docking Station System for Portable RO Systems Mar Cor Purification (MCP) has developed two different transport systems, the Ergonomic M2 and the Ergonomic Docking station, both designed as a complete solution for transporting pre-treatment and reverse osmosis (RO) equipment required to treat individual patients in acute and home settings. The M2 Ergonomic cart efficiently carries an MCP Portable RO System, optional cartridge type pre-filter, and pre-treatment equipment such as carbon filtration. The Ergonomic Docking Station is designed to transport a dialysis machine along with necessary water treatment equipment. It efficiently carries the Fresenius Medical Care 2008® Series Hemodialysis delivery system, an MCP Portable RO System, optional cartridge type pre-filter, and pre-treatment equipment such as carbon filtration. M2 Ergo Cart Features Ergo Docking Station Features • All of the M2 Ergo cart features and benefits Large 6” swivel wheels with locking features for ease of maneuverability Extended base designed to accommodate the Fresenius Medical Care 2008K and 2008T model hemodialysis machines (only available with these dialysis machines) Carbon block filter or GAC tanks protect RO membranes from chlorine / chloramines and remove lower molecular weight dissolved organics from RO feed water Extendable front plate is removable and is designed to securely hold the hemodialysis machine and concentrate containers in place during transit and treatment Extension plate can be easily removed using thumb screws Ergonomically designed handles to allow for improved maneuverability and less strain for the operator Available Options Compatible with Millenium HX, Millenium, WRO 300, & WRO 300 H portable RO systems, along with a variety of other portable RO systems M2 Ergo Cart with Millenium HX and PTG-520® Carbon Filtration System. Welded-in eyelet fixtures for easily attaching elastic hook cords for securing carbon tanks, including 0.85 cu. ft. tanks A static strap and anti static casters to dissipate residual static buildup that may exist on the cart frame Anodized corrosion resistant carbon and stainless steel frame with off white epoxy finish Cartridge type sediment filter Water softener (1), 6”x18” only Backflow preventor Booster pump Feed water UV system
