To start using the scale simply press the power button and you are good to go. Powered by batteries this scale can be used anywhere within a surgery regardless of where the nearest plug socket is. An AC adaptor is also supplied for powering the scale when batteries are not in use or running low. The V-250 has Tare function so any unwanted weight can be easily deducted from the overall weight reading.
