Background
The Crate Escape, a dog daycare and boarding facility in Wallingford, CT, was founded by Chris Ragozzino in 2006. Initially, the facility faced challenges due to the lack of plumbing and the need for a more durable kennel solution.

Challenge
Chris Ragozzino aimed to create a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs but faced issues with the initial AKC crates, which were difficult to clean and prone to rust. She sought a more permanent solution that would accommodate the facility's lack of in-floor drains.

Solution
