The measuring bath is filled with buffer from the reservoir through the B1 - B2 tube operated by filling tap (T1, 8). The tissue bath has two outlets. The upper outlet is an overflow (2) to keep the calibrated volume. The lower outlet (11) is for emptying the tissue chamber during operation or during cleaning.
