Product catalog summary
Overview: The document outlines the features and specifications of a minimally invasive quad tendon harvesting system. It highlights the predictable cross-section, a cutting-edge locking mechanism to prevent premature tendon transection, and a wide product range including vertical and horizontal blades, subcutaneous tendon cutters, and a reusable cutter handle.
Product Features: The system offers reduced harvest site morbidity and safe tendon transportation. It includes 13 vertical and 7 horizontal disposable blades, 2 subcutaneous tendon cutters (small and large), and 1 reusable MectaQTH cutter handle. The dedicated M-ARS ACL cutters are also mentioned.
Ordering Information: The document provides detailed ordering information for vertical and horizontal cutters, including order numbers and descriptions for each size and type.
Surgical Steps: The surgical procedure involves several steps: creating a transverse incision, using vertical and horizontal cutters to define graft dimensions, inserting the graft segment into a ligament slot, and using a locking mechanism to secure and cut the graft at the desired length.
Distribution and Contact: The product is distributed by Medacta International SA, with contact information provided for inquiries. The document notes that it is not intended for the US market and advises verifying device approval with local representatives.

With knee in 90° flexion, create a 2.5 - 3 cm transverse incision over the superior pole of the patella. Using the dedicated handle, insert and advance the desired Vertical Cutter up to the desired graft length, to define graft width. With the Subcutaneous Cutter fully open, insert the graft segment into the dedicated ligament slot. Insert and advance desired Horizontal Cutter across the desired graft length to define the graft thickness. Depress the Subcutaneous Cutter handle to lock ligament within the slot and advance the instrument to desired graft length. Once at the desired graft length,...
