Trauma torso Task Trainer

Trauma torso Task Trainer Practice wound care with the Trauma Trainer. The trainer represents an injured torso with laceration, puncture and avulsion wounds. The torso features soft tissue and bone structure. A bleeding system enables the torso to bleed realistically from within the wounds.

Preparation Step1: Fill the application bottle with artificial blood. Step2: Attach the application bottle to the wound packing trainer by gently inserting the nozzle of the bottle one of the tubes at the top side of the wound packing trainer. Each tube is connected with one of the three wounds. Step3: Apply some force to make sure the nozzle is secured tightly. Step4: Squeeze the application bottle to push the artificial blood through the tubes into the wound.

MEDICAL-X Trauma torso Cleaning Stepl: Detach the application bottle from the tube and pour back the remaining artificial blood from the application bottle into the original artificial blood bottle. Step2: Fill the application bottle with a light soap solution or mild domestic cleaners without alcohol. Step3: Provide a container or sink to dispose the remaining blood from the wounds. Empty the wounds by holding the leg sideways and upside-down. Step4: Reattach the application bottle and flush the tubes and wounds with an abundant amount of water.
