Usage Instructions:
  • Use only burs from reputable manufacturers with specified dimensions.
  • Inspect burs for damage before use and ensure they are correctly seated and locked.
  • Do not operate the handpiece without a bur or bur blank.
  • Replace the turbine if the handpiece becomes noisy or sluggish.
  • Avoid pressing the head cap button during rotation.

Installation:
Follow the provided figure to install the handpiece.

Changing Bur:
  • To remove, push the end cap and remove the bur.
  • To mount, insert the bur fully into the head and ensure it is secure.

Cartridge Replacement:
  • Remove the cartridge by turning the head cap counter-clockwise and pushing the bur.
  • Mount the cartridge by inserting it into the head-cap and securing it with the cap wrench.

Cleaning & Lubrication:
  • Remove the handpiece from the coupling and secure a bur in the chuck.
  • Clean with a soft cloth and soapy solution; avoid wire brushes and ultrasonic baths.
  • Use a needle to clear debris from the spray hole and spray lubricant into the air drive tube.
  • Operate the handpiece to expel debris and excess cleaner.

Sterilization:
  • Remove the bur and wipe the handpiece.
  • Seal in a sterilization pouch and autoclave for 15 minutes at 132ºC (270ºF).
  • Ensure a minimum 20-minute drying cycle.

Warranty:
This product is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year. The warranty covers repair or replacement but excludes damages from misuse or unauthorized alterations.

M Medidenta A WARNING Federal (US) law restricts the use of this device to licensed professionals. 1. Only use burs of reputable manufacturers with a shaft diameter of 1.5911.60mm (.06251.0629"), a total length of max. 26mm (1.02"), and head diameters of up to 2mm (.0787"). Burs which deviate from the stated measurements must not be used 2. Before each use, make sure that the bur is not bent or damaged. 3. Before each use, make sure that the bur is correctly seated and locked in the chuck. 4. Do not run the handpiece without a bur or bur blank locked in the chuck. 5. When handpiece becomes noisy or sluggish after extended length of use, replace with a new turbine. 6. Do not push the head cap button during rotation. 1. Installation Follow (Fig. 1) below to install the handpiece. 2. Changing Bur Bur removal Push on end cap with thumb to click, and remove the bur (Fig. 2) PULL TO REMOVE BUR Fig. 2 Bur mounting Push on end cap and insert the bur into the head until it stops (5mm deep approx.) release pressure on button bur should be secure. Firmly tug on the bur to insure that it is properly secured. Caution: Always insert the bur full length of the chuck. If you attempt to extend it from the chuck, the bur may dislodge during use and cause injury to you or your patients. 3. Cartridge Replacement Removing cartridge (Fig. 3&4) Mount a bur in the chuck. Turn the head cap counter-clockwise with the cap wrench (Fig. 4), and remove the head cap. Push on the bur and the cartridge is easily removed from the back of the head (Fig. 5). Clean inside the handpiece head with spray lubricant. Continue to hand-thread the Head-Cap until almost flush to the last thread. Then, pull and wiggle the chuck pin into the bottom of the Head to properly seat the cartridge. (Fig.7). further tighten the Head-Cap with Cap-Wrench 1. Remove the handpiece from the coupling. 2. Insert bur into the chuck of the handpiece and secure. 3. Remove any adherent material using only a soft cloth, soft brush, gauze, or cotton swab that has been immersed in a soapy solution. Do not use a wire brush. Wipe and dry thoroughly. Do not use ultrasonic bath, nor immerse the handpiece in water or any solution. 4. Use needle to remove any debris that may clog the spray hole (Fig. 8) ' . - . 5. Insert nozzle tip into air drive tube on the back end of the handpiece and spray for approximately 3 seconds. 6. Fully depress the button of the end cap and hold the collet open then plunge the bur in and out several times to distribute the cleaner into the chucking mechanism. Fully insert the bur, release the pressure on end cap button to secure the bur. Rotate the bur back and forth between your fingers to further distribute the cleaner & lubricant in the head of the handpiece to help loosen any debris. 7.
