MEDPUR-Pack

This flat pouch is loaded through a slit and features a perforation that allows half of the package to be removed for product preparation, while the remaining half continues to protect the product until use.

MEDPUR-Tip-Protector and MEDPUR-Sleeve
These components protect the sterile barrier from being pierced by very sharp products.

MEDPUR-Envelope
Featuring an overlapping flap, the MEDPUR-Envelope provides all-round protection.

Material and Specifications
The packaging is made from extruded PUR film, tested to USP Class VI standards. It is available in film thicknesses of 500 my and 1000 my, and is tinted blue. The surface is matt on both sides. The packaging is produced under ISO 8 clean room conditions and can be sterilized using gamma sterilization up to 50 KGray and ETO sterilization.

Standards and Certification
The packaging is certified according to ISO 13485:2016, ensuring compliance with medical device quality management standards.

Customization and Availability
Standard sizes are available, with the range being constantly expanded. Special sizes can be requested. The MEDPUR packaging can be partially combined with the standard blister program (Babuschka).
