For use in pathology and anatomy. Discription The system described here is used for the central supply of formalin (e.g. 5%, water-like, without solids) and installation inside. The conveyed formalin can be delivered to up to 5 tapping points. The system is set up with two tanks for fresh and used formalin in a room where filling and emptying can be carried out easily. The tanks are placed on a safety trough grate which can hold the entire contents of the tank in the event of damage. Tank sizes from 600 to1500 litters are available. Due to the health hazards of formalin, the installation room must be well ventilated. Both tanks are surrounded by a protective steel jacket. The system we offer is a closed system. No formalin gases can enter the room during filling. The entire system is designed in accordance with § 19 WHG (Water Resources Act) and approved by certificate!
