Measuring Methods Technical Data Light-Reflection-Rheography (LRR / D-PPG) is a non-invasive examination to measure the venous pump volume and the refilling time after a muscle pump test to diagnose the function of venous valves and the eff i ciency of the venous muscle pump. Therefore, non-visible infrared light is emitted into the skin surface of the lower legs and the absoption of light is measured.
