Overview
The MedUSe 10-4AK is an advanced ultrasonic cleaning system designed specifically for dental practices. Developed in Switzerland, it integrates ultrasonic and spray cleaning technologies to meet the stringent hygiene requirements of modern dental environments.

System Concept
This system is a fully automated, closed multi-chamber unit with automatic loading and unloading capabilities. It is designed as a table model to fit the space constraints of dental practices. The system includes three cleaning chambers and one drying chamber, effectively preventing cross-contamination through its closed design.

Operation and Control
The system is operated via a PLC/HMI touch screen, allowing for customizable cleaning processes. Users can program throughput times, disinfectant dosages, and ultrasonic frequencies to suit specific needs. A validation system is also included to ensure consistent performance.

Cleaning Process
The cleaning process involves three stages: pre-cleaning with ultrasound and disinfectants, main cleaning with enhanced ultrasonic action, and a final rinse to remove contaminants and disinfectant residues. An optional water treatment system can be added for ecological waste management.

Technology
The MedUSe 10-4AK features a modular design with noise-reducing ultrasonic technology, automatic program control, and a dosing system for detergents. It is housed in lacquered stainless steel for durability.
