PCR Adhesive Seals The PCR sealer consists of a transparent polypropylene film bonded to a transparent silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, which does not react with the experimental sample for more reliable results. It is non-adhesive to human skin and gloves, facilitates effortless experimental manipulation and does not interfere with optical analysis.
