Technical Specifications:
The AccuFill™ KFAS-L2 is designed for filling volumes over 1 liter. It operates on either a single-phase 110VAC, 50/60 Hz, 15A or a single-phase 220VAC, 50/60 Hz, 7.5A power supply. The fill measurement system utilizes a Coriolis Mass Flow Meter with a single-use fill line, ensuring non-contact filling. The system includes two manual loading fill stations and a radio-frequency (RF) fill tube seal system.

Fill Chamber:
The fill chamber is equipped with HEPA ISO 5 (Class 100) positive pressure controls, ensuring a clean environment. The chamber materials are made of 304/316 L stainless steel.

Pneumatic and Filling Requirements:
The system requires dry, filtered air at 90-120 psi and 15 SCFM. The suggested fill volume range is from 1 L to over 1000 L, with product filling pressures ranging from a minimum of 1.4 bar to a maximum of 3 bar. Fill times are variable, generally achieving 15 L/min, with filling accuracy of ± 2.5% at 1 L and ± 1% above 5 L.

Controls and Validation:
The system is controlled via a PLC with an embedded computer and a color touch screen. It includes a validated aseptic particle counting system for continuous real-time monitoring in the fill zone. Validation support is available.

Additional Features:
The system is CE marked and weighs approximately 1,082 lbs. Optional features include a transfer table and a swing arm control panel, with dimensions and specifications subject to change. Drawings illustrate these optional components.
