MELAdest 65 ® For cost-effective production of distilled water The problem The solution MELAdest ® operation Tap water can fluctuate greatly in quality – but it is never good enough for use in an autoclave. Poor-quality feed water produces residue on the instruments and, after long periods of action, will damage these valuable objects. This serious problem called for a solution: provision of small amounts of top-quality water for physicians and dentists in their daily work. MELAG now presents this solution for supplying distilled water, fast and economically: the MELAdest ® 65. Tap water is lled into the stainless steel chamber of the MELAdest ® 65. After start of the distiller, the water is heated, evaporated, and condensed at the top of the unit. The produced distilled water is collected in the included water container.
